1. Product & Purchase
- Kove perfumes are handcrafted in limited quantities
- All purchases are final once confirmed, we do not guarantee restocks
- Prices include 18% GST unless stated otherwise
- Pre-order terms apply only for the stated period and cannot be extended or transferred
2. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, UPI, or supported credit/debit cards
- We do not store your card or payment details
- Orders are only confirmed upon full payment receipt
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped via registered courier partners
- Delivery timeframes vary between 3–10 business days depending on location
- Kove is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers

4. Cancellations & Returns
- Due to the personal nature of perfumes, returns and exchanges are not accepted
- Cancellations are allowed only before order dispatch
- For damaged or defective products, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos

5. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, names, images, and formulations, are the property of Kove and protected under Indian IP law. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitations
Kove is not responsible for allergic reactions, fragrance longevity variations, or misuse. Each fragrance is made with high-grade ingredients and tested within compliance standards, but user discretion is advised.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after such updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
