1. What is the average concentration of Kove perfumes?
ANS. Kove perfumes have an average concentration of 34% perfume oil concentration making the perfumes an "extrait de parfum".
2. Does the perfume colour affect light coloured clothes?
ANS. Since the perfumes include perfume grade colour dyes, spraying excessively or spraying in a single isolated spot for a prolonged amount of time can lead to the dye leaving a temporary (or permanent) coloured mark on the cloth. If this happens, ensure to either soak it in water, or better, have the cloth washed at the earliest to get rid of the colour stain.
3. How many sprays is enough? How to apply a Kove perfume?
ANS. Kove's perfume concentration being 34% in average will allow for the perfume's projection and silage to be highly potent with just 1-3 sprays. Spray the perfume about 5 inches away from skin or cloth. The pressurised atomiser ensures a prolonged spray allowing you to spray the perfume from write to elbow in just on spray.
4. Does Kove ship internationally?
ANS. Kove ships only domestically (within India) as of now. International shipping is expected to open soon.
5. What are the payment methods accepted?
ANS. As of now, Kove supports payments via Razorpay, i.e; payment methods included in Razorpay such as debit cards, credit cards, UPI payments, etc. Cash on delivery (COD) and PayPal are soon to be integrated.

7. Are Kove perfumes unisex?
ANS. The perfumes from Kove are not gender restrictive, they are unisex perfumes. If the title of a perfume seems gender specific, it would be done to portray the perfume best.
8. Why is the price what it is?
ANS. Kove is not mass-produced. Every perfume is hand-built in small batches using a 34% average perfume concentration, far higher than industry standards. Each bottle is more than just a fragrance, it's a story you wear. From the triple-layered unboxing to the cards, the music composed for each perfume, and the magnetic presentation, every detail is designed to be an experience, not just a purchase. We do not dilute quality, rather we prioritise it.
9. Is Kove cruelty-free and vegan?
ANS. Yes.
10. Is each perfume really limited?
ANS. Yes, each perfume is limited to a maximum inventory of 100 units per month. This is done not only to ensure exclusivity, but also to ensure quality control.
11. How long do the perfumes last?
ANS. Longevity of the perfume is conditional. It varies from place, person, and time of usage. Typically, it lasts over 4 days on clothes and 7 hours on skin.
