RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final

At Kove, each perfume is crafted in limited quantities with immense care and precision. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is made.

 

2. Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement:

 

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of damage must be sent to support@koveperfumes.com.

  • Claims without proof or those made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

3. Replacement Only

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned, even if only partially used.

 

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the shipping process has begun, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
