Kove perfumes are handcrafted in limited quantities.

All purchases are final once confirmed. We do not guarantee restocks.

Prices include 18% GST unless stated otherwise.

Pre-order discounts are applicable only for the stated period and cannot be extended or transferred.
2. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, UPI, or supported credit/debit cards.

We do not store your card or payment details.

Orders are only confirmed upon full payment receipt.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via registered courier partners.

Delivery timeframes vary between 3–10 business days depending on location.

Kove is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the personal nature of perfumes, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Cancellations are allowed only before order dispatch.

For damaged or defective products, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Each fragrance is made with high-grade essential oils and tested within compliance standards, but user discretion is advised.
